Our group training sessions are held in intimate mini-groups of 4β6 participants, creating a focused and personalized environment β perfect for office workers and anyone spending long hours at a desk.
The sessions are designed to improve posture, relieve back and neck tension, and strengthen the core, while also building overall strength and mobility. Every movement is coached with close attention to form, technique, and safety, helping counteract the effects of prolonged sitting, poor posture, and everyday work-related strain.
Exercises are carefully adapted with variations for different experience levels, making the training suitable for beginners as well as more experienced participants.
